Yes yes, you read correctly, we are going to talk about the things that we have a fixation on and which of course we do not like, or even ruin our lives. So what are  your complexes?

For my part, it's no secret, I hate my stomach. It's my body type, whether I'm 48kgs or 70kgs, my stomach has always been THE thing I like least about myself. Well there are other things but we'll talk about that later. As I told you, my stomach has always been rounded, it’s my shape. But in recent years I have gained weight and fat has accumulated around this damn “buoy”.

There are dozens, hundreds of solutions? But I have never managed to counter this morphology that I find so unsightly. I had heard about cryolipolysis some time ago but without being too interested in it. And then I was offered to test this non-invasive method: Cryolipolysis with Cristal which allows fat cells to be frozen.

What is cryolipolysis?

A recent method that came to us from the United States to reshape the silhouette, reduce bulges and cellulite. All without scalpels, anesthesia or needles. Cryolipolysis consists of freezing/crystallizing fat cells under the action of cold.

I tested this method with the Cristal at least I was sure that the machine used for my treatment complied with medical standards in France.

The treatment consists of applying a kind of gel then a compress to the area to be treated and then applying a suction cup. This suction cup sucks the area and freezes the fatty tissue for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Then the doctor removes the suction cup and massages the frozen area.

Which areas can be treated?

Many areas of the body are treatable, the effectiveness varies depending on the area. It is possible to do almost the entire body: the stomach, the hips, the love handles, the saddlebags, the inside of the thighs, the outside of the thighs, the fold under the buttocks, the knees , arms, backs and even the face with the double chin. Just check with your doctor to determine if it is possible to treat and which area is appropriate or not to treat.

For my part, I treated two areas at the same time, the lower abdomen and the upper stomach.

Is it painful?

I'm not going to tell you it's painless, no. When you apply the suction cup and it sucks, it's a fairly unpleasant sensation but not painful. It's a little painful when the doctor removes the suction cup and massages the fatty tissue which is all frozen. But this only lasts a few minutes until the skin warms up.

Subsequently, you may feel discomfort in the treated area. A sore feeling, but nothing painful. I just needed to touch the area in question to get the feeling out.

The results?

Do not expect to waste on the treated area immediately. It takes between 1 and 3 months to see results. And sometimes you have to do several sessions to get real results. It depends on the area treated and the fatty mass to be removed. I haven't had my check-up appointment yet but the doctor warned me that a second session would be necessary for my stomach (which has been there for a long time already ahahah). But without having taken my measurements, I can tell you that in certain high-waisted clothes I feel and see a difference. You can seesome pretty crazy before/afters right here.

Moreover, it is advisable after the session to monitor your diet and do sport. Like anything to lose fat or weight, there is no miracle. And above all, not changing your habits can lead to regaining the fat you eliminated.
